Q. How long does it take to ship my order.
A. Most of our items  are all  individually designed one of a kind therefore always
in stock. This mean that, except for holidays, orders will be sent out within 24
hours of receiving your order.
 
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We ship UPS. The transit time depends on the shipping method you choose and
where the parcel is being shipped. When you need it fast please consider fasters
shipping alternatives such as UPS NEXT DAY AIR, OR UPS 2ND AIR. Remember
these alternatives do cost more.
 
Please keep in mind that UPS dose not deliver on Saturday or Sundays.
 
Example: If you place an order on Friday by 11am for overnight air, your order will be processed and shipped on Friday, but you won't receive it until Monday.

Q. What are your shipping  fees?
A. Shipping fees will depend on the weight of the item and it's destination as well
as any rush shipping alternatives.
 
Any orders returned to us and need to be reshipped due to improper address on your
part or failure to claim will result in the recharging of shipping cost to get thepackage
back to you.
 
If a refund is requested, you will be refunded less the original shipping,
restocking and handling charges. Refunds must be requested within five days of
receipt of your parcel.
 
Q. Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
A. An order can be canceled if it has not been sent to the shipping department but
there will be a 15% restocking fee.
